As I have not done regular posts I thought I would do an over view of our main wedding season, we still have some to go before the year is out. Were there any trends? Well yes in that a number of brides were keen to be hands on so provided their own jam jars, pale blue was popular as were pastels and a more informal or wild feel. The 'antique/vintage' theme still loomed large so there was lots of lace, gyp and dusky pink. Oh, and I nearly forgot - coral! The images below will bear this out. We did have a hand full of weddings early in the season with coral/peach making it's first appearence:
April Weddings How elegant this bride looks
And hows this for a different take on the hanging ball!
A truely spring wedding with ranunculas genister, lisianthus to name a few:
And here is a gyp garland at the lovely Rolvenden Barn:
The Bride had mainly roses
I have realised how long this excerise is going to take me so I will post a month at a time!
